“Improving affordability has yet to push up pending sales”

Redfin announced that despite the fact that mortgage rates have been decreasing, pending home sales are still down. Will that improve given that mortgage rates are close to 1.5-year low, the US median sale price has decreased slightly and there’s a significant increase in the number of homes for sale? Stay tuned!
