Here's a classic recipe for Jamaican Jerk Chicken:

Ingredients

- 2 whole chicken (bone-in, skin-on)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1-2 Scotch bonnet peppers, seeded and chopped (adjust to taste)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lime, juiced
