Telangana MLA Defection Case: Speaker Issues Notices To Danam Nagender

Another important development has come in the case of party defection of MLAs in Telangana. Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender, who is facing these allegations, has been issued fresh notices by Assembly Speaker Gadam Prasad Kumar. Along with this, BRS MLA Kaushik Reddy, who filed a disqualification petition against Danam Nagendra, has also been given notices by the Speaker. In separate notices issued by the Speaker, both have been directed to appear for the hearing on January 30. It is to be noted that a total of 10 MLAs had been received regarding disqualification complaints, including RK Pudi Gandhi, Mehpal Reddy, Krishna Mohan, Prakash Goud, Venkat Rao, P Srinivas Reddy and Kale Yadiya. The Speaker has given a clean chit to all of them and recognized them as BRS MLAs. However, the matters related to Danam Nagender, Kadreem Srihari and Dr. Sanjay have not yet been heard by the Speaker.
