This video shows you how to use Knauf Insulation Rock Mineral Wool (RMW) for sarking insulation installed above rafters and covered with Homeseal LDS weather membrane.
1/ Install starter beam. Height should be the same thickness as the RMW board
2/ Apply 2 rows of RMW boards for sarking insulation
3/ Fix the hangers for the gutter on the starter beam
4/ Unroll the first row of the Homeseal LDS weather membrane
5/ Apply counter battens on top of the weather membrane and fix to the rafters at 67° angle with special tool. Maximum distance between screws must be 400 mm.
6/ Apply battens in horizontal direction. Distance them according to the tiles used
7/ Apply next row of weather membrane, counter battens and batterns
8/ Repeat the following rows
9/ Apply tiles when all weather membrane and woodwork is done
10/ Apply gutter
