Honourable Justice N. Kotiswar Singh, Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court highlighted the qualities of a great and wise judge. He avers how India is a country of rich civilization and its fire never extinguishes and one must draw sustenance from it and imbibe the rich values, and traditions our country has to offer. He pointed out the imbalance of the judge case ratio of 19 judges per 10 lakh cases and highlighted their strong will and fiery determination. Hon'ble Justice N. Kotiswar Singh, the Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, has had a trailblazing journey like no other. From his impactful roles ranging from Advocate General of the State of Manipur, the Chief Justice of High Court of Manipur to the prestigious position he holds now, the Chief Justice is an inspiration for not only future advocates, but for all who take interest in the realm of public service.
