Despite persistent fog and challenging weather conditions, flight operations at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore, remained orderly and uninterrupted during the period from 1700 hrs on 29 December to 1300 hrs on 30 December 2025.

During this time, 22 flights carrying 5,499 passengers were safely handled. Proactive planning, real-time coordination with airlines, and effective passenger management ensured smooth operations without major bottlenecks.

Special emphasis was placed on:

Passenger facilitation and queue management
Close coordination with airlines and stakeholders
Efficient use of terminal space and manpower
Maintaining safety and operational continuity during fog
