Thornton Township resident Paul Robertz criticized the new budget proposed by Supervisor Tiffany Henyard's administration, saying much of it relies on grant money that hasn't been received. He also wondered about the township's allocation for advertising, asking if the money would be spent on flyers with Tiffany Henyard's face "all over them."
