Alpha Stabilized Remote Head System
Aris G. Films specializes in operation and support of the remote head system by Alpha Stabilized and is the official exclusive representative of Alpha Stabilized in Canada. Our remote head system can be operated in both stabilized or non-stabilized modes. The head weighs 55 pounds and can hold a payload up to 150 pounds---capable of larger setups for IMAX and 3D.
Aris G. Films specialists can operate the Alpha Stabilized system by hardwire or remotely , using wheel, joystick or pan bar control.
The Alpha Stabilized system guarantees a stable image even in shots with long focal length.


SL Pod
Aris G. Films also specializes in operation and support of the SL Pod, an industry leader in executing shots in tight spots. Like the Alpha Stabilized system, the SL Pod has wireless operation, but is smaller and lighter in weight, allowing for a more compact and versatile package.


Both the Alpha Stabilized and SL Pod remote head systems are highly versatile and can be mounted onto telescopic cranes, fixed cranes, wireless, cable cam, car to car and boat to boat.
