Aslam Explains that workplace harassment can be seen through various forms:
• Bullying
• Spreading rumours about you
• Degrading you
• Setting you up to fail
• Excluding you from certain things in the workplace e.g., meetings etc.
• Unfair treatment

Aslam explains 3 aspects important in dealing with workplace harassment
• Speak about workplace harassment. Keeping quiet will just make it work.
• Speak to someone in authority
• Ensuring there is Grievance Policies and Procedures
• Get your discussion or grievance in writing
• Sending an email is important when you are unsure of who to speak to about the harassment
• If all options fail, you can refer the matter to CCMA and equality court
