The former commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission alias Cherera four have today told the national dialogue committee that they were forced to resign from office. They have also claimed they received threats forcing Juliana Cherera and Irene Massit to leave the country. They however failed to explain where the threats came from and why they did not report to the police. And as Giverson Maina now reports, the four recommended that a body be formed to resolve disputes whenever IEBC commissioners fail to agree.
