Today's Mordhau gameplay video features the Falx in an 80-player Frontlines Server. It's been a while since I tried an 80-Player Frontlines server. Stability was always an issue and trying to play Mordhau when your ping is riding a rollercoaster makes for some frustrating matches. But I was happy to find that the whole experience was largely stable.

I showcase my Falx build right at the start of the video.

Normally, I play in 40-player servers, so introducing an extra twenty players for each team really kicked up the madness of Mordhau. Especially noticeable will be the number of defensive structures seen in the video. My team (attackers) were being absolutely pummeled by arrows from the balistas setup by the enemy.

Mordhau shines when the chaos is aplenty. In the smaller servers, it's easy for a couple of good players to decimate the majority of the other players, keeping the carnage from ever really peaking. But with 80 players, it's hard for one or two players to really make an impact like that. I think I'll be playing in 80-player servers more often now.
