In today's whiteboard video I'm talking about the 5 types of decision making styles and which styles can be the most helpful in empowering us to grow our brand and business as entrepreneurs and small business owners. The two styles that are most beneficial to us as business leaders are the rational style and the intuitive style of decision making. The other styles are dependent, avoidant and spontaneous.
