Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1-1/3 cup shortening
1-1/3 cup butter
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
7-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 pkg chocolate chips
Cream shortening, butter, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. mix Add all other ingredients. Bake @375 for 8-10min
