Building the Sub Tonic Bass Guitar | EP2 Making the Body and Neck

Описание к видео Building the Sub Tonic Bass Guitar | EP2 Making the Body and Neck

This is Episode 2 in the Sub Tonic Bass Guitar build series. My goal for this series is to use my Onefinity CNC machine to cut out all the pieces for this guitar. In the first episode, I worked out some of the toolpaths on some scrap stock. This time, I'm ready to start making the actual guitar body and neck. I'm using Elm for the solid body, hard maple for the neck, and Pau Ferro for the fretboard. After preparing the stock, I loaded them on the machine and began running the toolpaths to cut out the parts. Thankfully, they all turned out great. Now I have a bunch of sanding to do and then I can start the assembly process.
