This meal is easy to make, rich in taste, and perfect for any occasion.

🎉 Oven-Grilled Meat & Chicken | Tomato Stew with Grilled Beef & Dry Fish | Ugu & Green Veg with Chicken | Fresh Juicer Combo

✅ 1. Oven-Grilled Meat & Chicken Marinade
Wet Ingredients
½ cup sunflower oil (or any neutral oil)

2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce or Maggi liquid seasoning

2 tbsp blended onion

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tsp tomato paste

Dry Ingredients
1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp paprika or Cameroon pepper

1 tsp dried rosemary or oregano

1 tsp all-purpose seasoning or crushed Knorr cube

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black or white pepper

½ tsp sugar or honey (optional)

Optional Flavor Boost
1 small scotch bonnet (blended with onion)

½ tsp uziza powder or dry scent leaf

Instructions
Mix into a smooth marinade.

Rub on meat and chicken.

Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.

Grill in the oven until cooked and golden.

📦 Extra marinade: store in fridge (7–10 days) or freezer (2–3 months).

🍅 2. Tomato Stew (with Grilled Beef, Dry Fish & Crayfish)
Ingredients
Blended tomato + onion + garlic + ginger + scotch bonnet

Palm oil or vegetable oil

Seasoning cubes

Salt

Curry powder, thyme

Grilled beef

Dry fish (cleaned and deboned)

Crayfish (blended)

Instructions
Heat oil, fry tomato mix until thick and oil rises.

Add seasoning, salt, curry, thyme. Stir well.

Add grilled beef, dry fish, and crayfish.

Simmer until well combined and flavorful.

Serve with rice, yam, or swallow.

🌿 3. Ugu & Green Leaf Vegetable (with Grilled Chicken)
Ingredients
Ugu leaves (sliced)

Green leafy vegetable (like spinach or green amaranth)

1 small onion (sliced)

Grilled chicken (cut into pieces)

Crayfish

Seasoning cubes

Salt

Instructions
Heat a little water in a new pot.

Add Ugu and green leaf. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add onion, crayfish, grilled chicken, seasoning cubes, and salt.

Stir and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.

Serve hot!

🥤 4. Fresh Juice Combo (Carrot + Pineapple + Watermelon)
Ingredients
Fresh carrots

Pineapple chunks

Watermelon (seeds removed)

Instructions
Use your Philips juicer to juice the carrots, pineapple, and watermelon.

No need to blend or sieve — just juice and go!

Chill in the fridge and serve cold.
