Pioneering Spirit first heavy lift HD

The world's heaviest vessel by displacement, the specialized platform decommissioning and installation vessel Pioneering Spirit,
has completed its "Offshore Acceptance Tests" (OAT) with here test platform offshore Netherlands.
Followed with the first commercial lift – the removal of
the 13500 tonne topside of the YME mobile offshore production unit, or MOPU, 100 kilometer off the coat of Norway.

The dismantling yard for the topside is located at Lutelandet
also in Norway.
