These are really simple ways to roast nuts to enjoy when you feel like nibbling something. Nuts are a healthy alternative to potato chips or corn chips. I like Cheetos and Fritos a lot, but I know they contain no nutritional value. And for those on a keto diet, these nuts are a suitable snack food to enjoy between meals or in the evening while watching TV. It only takes a little to satisfy a craving.
Or try this: Mix 4 packets of stevia with ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon. After spreading the oiled almonds or pecans on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the stevia/cinnamon mixture. Bake.
