The dreams of a wildflower garden is something so many of us would yearn for. But most of us have never tried to plant (sow) seeds outside because it seems so complicated and much more challenging than plant already established plants into our garden beds. However, planting seeds can be highly rewarding and significantly cheaper than planting established plants. It just takes some planning and preparation to get it going. As well as patience waiting for the plants to get fully grown.

In this video I guide you through the entire process of planting wildflower or native perennial seeds directly into your garden. We call this direct sowing. And after watching this video you'll know everything you need to do, from when to sow, where to plant, how to prepare the site, how to choose the seeds, how many seeds to plant, and how to actually spread the seeds.
