Dash Cam footage: As I was driving I looked in my side mirror to see a car passing a whole row of traffic in the turn lane. Had I not seen him coming and stayed over he would have either hit me or ran head on into a car coming the opposite direction. The driver was speeding because he had to get on his brakes hard so he wouldn't hit the truck in front of him. He ended up turning at the next stop light before I could compliment him on the driving.
