We all love beef and broccoli from Chinese takeout, and it just got even better. ‪@Chefanietea‬ shows you how easy it is to make this dish at home, and it will be better than takeout! This beef and broccoli will be a new Blackstone favorite!

Recipe: Better Than Takeout Beef and Broccoli
Serves: 3-4
2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1lb flank steak, thinly sliced
5-6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp shao xing cooking wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Water, as needed for steaming
Cooking oil, as needed

1. Wash and rinse broccoli well. Break down broccoli into bite sized florets. Set aside.
2. Marinade thinly sliced flank steak with minced garlic, oyster sauce, water, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, shao xing cooking wine, cornstarch, cooking oil, chicken bouillon, baking soda and white pepper. Marinate for 20 mins.
3. On a hot and oiled Blackstone Griddle, cook marinated beef until 90% cooked through. Set aside.
4. To the other side of the griddle, add broccoli and cover with basting cover for 1 minute. Carefully uncover and squeeze water, covering it again to steam broccoli. 2-3 minutes. I like mine slightly undercooked and crunchy.
5. Uncover broccoli and combine with beef. Enjoy while hot by itself or with rice. Enjoy!
