My stomach was removed in October 2015 in a total gastrectomy after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. Watch the video to learn what I eat most days currently, what I would eat shortly after surgery and the supplements I take to ensure that I still stay healthy.

This is from my own experience and this may differ from other people who live without stomachs as everyone is different, but I thought it might be worth sharing so people can have a good idea of what its like to live without a stomach.
