In this video, I will be showing you how to make Muttai Maa/ Healthy Egg Flour. This is a healthy snack which can be stored for up to 6 months. I used to have this a lot back when I was in Sri Lanka. This Muttai Maa takes a quite a long time to make, but I do think it is worth making. It is super tasty and everyone should try it. Muttai Maa/ Healthy Egg Flour ingredients:
Red rice - 2 cups
Roasted urad dal - ½ cup
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 1 cup
Some salt
Sesame oil - 1 cup
