I'm excited to share this recipe. It's actually my favorite dish in the world. My grandma's oxtail soup. I have it every time I visit her in the countryside. I never seen her make it as she always prepares it before I arrive to her place. Today, was the perfect day to see how she actually does it. I was surprised that the secret ingredient was simplicity.
