Fairytale tiara with amethysts - creating a genuine art nouveau inspired headpiece

Once in a while I push creating romantic jewelry to the side and bring a tiara into reality instead. It is the dream of many (grown up) princesses to wear a REAL tiara, and this is it! Built from scratch using sterling silver, I create one of a kind, often custom-made headpieces with genuine gemstones and pearls.

This tiara is custom-made for someone, who contacted me from around the globe: Australia. Samara had fallen in love with "The Wave" and "Zarina" (see them at castens.com) and wanted me to create her personal combination between those two, featuring the signature color of her upcoming wedding: purple. And so I sketched away and sent the best version to her by e-mail. She printed it out and cut it to shape before testing it 1:1 on her own head. A few adjustments later I was ready to begin my work...
Creating tiaras is a labor of love to me -- I adore working this big and fashion a dream for other romantic souls and hence the slogan of my company is "Jewelry for everyday princesses -- and other shameless romantics!"
