In this episode of Cities: Skylines 2 on Tarama Island, we take a big step toward making the island self-sustaining. I’ve finally cut off all connections to the outside world, except for the sea route. To keep the island running smoothly, I built a harbor specifically for tourists and citizens to get on or leave the island.

To support the harbor, I added a taxi depot and a large parking lot in front, with a few shops behind the parking area. The city is currently facing some challenges, as many citizens left due to missing services. To fix this, I built a recycling center to handle garbage and added two small post stations to collect mail from locals and workers.

For better communication, I placed an internet tower in the middle of the island, ensuring full coverage for everyone.
