Crunchy Salted Peanuts Skinless/ Blanched Crispy Peanuts/ Salted na mani Skinless

Hi guys, Today I am going to share with you How I make my Crunchy Salted Skinless Peanuts.

My mom used to make this peanut recipe to sell while we were a kid. And we helped peel the shell off so we can eat as well :) I did not use a lot of oil since it will just go to waste after. But If you are making more by batches, then you can use more oil so you can reuse it. You can also add more garlic if you like and Pepper flakes if you want it spicy. I only add black pepper on this recipe.
