Detroit Lions vs Houston Texans Live Play by Play Reaction & Watch Party - Thanksgiving Game 2020. Join us LIVE for the broadcast of today's game at Ford Field in Detroit, MI against the Houston Texans. Deshaun Watson and the Texans are favored in this one by 3 points.

Would it really be a successful Thanksgiving Day game without a Detroit Lions loss, guys? My vote is no. Speaking of losing, we have done a lot of that as of late, as in three-of-our-last-four. Matthew Stafford and Company are basically out of the playoff race at this point, but a loss here would pretty much seal that door shut. Speaking of Stafford, his hand was absolutely bothering him last week against the Carolina Panthers, as he struggled throughout and ultimately went just 18 for 33 for 178 yards, 0 touchdowns and 0 interceptions.

The Lions remain riddled with injuries as Kenny Golladay, Danny Amendola and Jeff Okudah have all been ruled out for this game, and Deandre Swift, who is MUCH needed for this offense to roll, is listed as questionable. The Houston Texans will be without WR Kenny Stills.

The Houston Texans are 3-7 and it has been a disappointing season for them to say the last as they move on with life after Deandre Hopkins. Deshaun Watson this season has thrown for 2,883 yards, 20 touchdowns and just 5 interceptions, so he has done well without his ex-star wide receiver, but still Houston has found ways to lose. They also opened the season @Kansas City, vs Baltimore and @Pittsburgh, and have played the Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans, so that doesn't make their path any easier. David Johnson has been the leading back with 103 carries for 408 yard and 3 touchdowns. Will Fuller has been the new go-to target for Watson with 47 receptions for 708 yards and 6 trips to pay dirt.

Matt Patricia and in some ways Bob Quinn desperately need a win here. A loss would put the Detroit Lions at 4-7 and the hot seat talks, like that of Jim Harbaugh's if you're a Michigan fan, would really start to ramp up.

We'll see you guys live for this one at around 12:30 PM EST sharp. Let's go Lions and we hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!!!
