Our notable speaker is Shar Thae Hoy, a Youth Activist actively involved in Climate Change and Environmental issues. Having selected as the Global Youth Climate Network Ambassador in 2023, she has collaborated on multiple projects in partnership with UN, ASEAN, and various international organizations. She has over 4 years experience as trainer, activist, and public speaker in leading youth-based climate action projects, shaping environmental policies, providing environmental leadership training and climate education to foster youth engagement.Currently, she leads the CALM-Climate Action Lab Myanmar and leads projects to educate children and youth to further promote innovation in the Climate Science sector from a social and cultural perspective in Myanmar.
