Uploaded before 1.14, but it's only better with the buffs to Dane's!

Palm Blast's frame 1 hyper armor works wonders for keeping that pesky pressure off when you're trying to make space for spells, and the slicer follow-up gives you plenty of options afterwards (although I mostly use piercer afterwards lol). Experiment with follow-ups!

That aside, the actual moveset for 1H Dane's Footwork isn't half bad, since R1s break poise pretty consistently, and running heavy attacks work as great bait for palm blast- especially since you can unlock & free aim them away if you think it's unsafe.
