Why you SHOULD (or shouldn't) play Tarkov PVE

Is PvE good? Is it worth your time? Or is it mildly disappointing? Tarkov's new mode released some time ago, and has had a few issues. But is it more than just a testing ground for quests? Well, Tarkov - being the intense extraction looter shooter (and source of recent controversy) is king when it comes to giving the player a challenging but ultimately rewarding PC gaming experience (yes I'm using many keywords, was it that obvious?).
