One of the many applications of Kiara Vision Platform is automatic sorting. In this video, Kiara sorts caps not only on the basis of Okay and Not Okay caps, along with differentiating between the type of defect in the not-okay cap. Kiara's AI and Cloud Computing abilities present the operator with real time data on the screen, display each cap with each type of defects.

The caps are fed into the machine from the top manually or automatically by integrating with a hopper. Later, Kiara Vision system captures the images of caps with industrial cameras and mark the defected area on the image, and sorting them at high speed.

This AI enabled Vision based sorting machine is nearly 100% accurate, superfast with sleek and compact design. It can sort over 120 Caps/minutes into the desired categories.
