Seems searching post is not easy(let me know if you know how to do a quick search by user log in name). So I re-posted my previous post again,

Based on the previous posts related to this topic, skype crash after upgrade may be caused by different issues. One of them is due to the buggy upgraded intel gfx driver, for example, Intel HD Graphics 3000 has been identified to have this issue.

To further confirm if your machine is impacted by intel gfx driver issue, you can go to your

1. Type "event viewer" to launch it.
2. Click "windows log" "Application" on the left tree view
3. Sort the events shown by right control view by "Date and Time".

4. If you observed the follwoing fault info at your crash time, very likely your system hit intel gfx driver issue.

5. After confirmation, you can either upgrade to the latest intel gfx driver or rollback to your old version gfx driver.
