We are at the end of week 5 of isolation here in Switzerland and trust that you are doing well. Our next recipe with #matildavisits and #leanderlive is a tasty Swiss desert - Toblerone Mousse. We originally found this easy and sweet recipe in a Betty Bossi cookbook and have adapted it to suit our taste.
You will need 150 grams of Toblerone, 200 ml of full cream, 1 egg and one tablespoon of powdered sugar.
