The casket of George H.W. Bush was carried out of St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas, by a military cordon to the hymn "Onward, Christian Soldiers." It will be taken by a train -- painted to resemble Air Force One -- to College Station, where he will be buried between his late wife Barbara Bush and their daughter Robin, who died of leukemia in 1953 at age 3.
