When it comes to reforges specifically it's really hard to say "this is the best use" because early league best uses might not be late league best uses. I think cluster jewels remain the most abusable by far. In general, Reforges are often the weakest form of harvest crafting, and you can't expect most of the methods here to make a ton of money. It's more about maximizing your odds to make 20c, 40c, or 1 ex and can be especially helpful early league.

Unfortunately reforges are often less efficient than fossils, but they are free which makes them especially good in SSF especially for rolling mods that are fairly rare but don't share tags across the item like Grim Oath.
