It all started when I submitted my game, Moons of Darsalon, for a grant from Red.es, a Spanish government agency responsible for supporting the video game sector with European Union funding. However, what seemed like a fair and transparent opportunity quickly turned into a process filled with irregularities and favoritism, leading to the Moons of Darsalon lawsuit and impacting other indie projects.

Throughout the video, I share my personal experience, from the evaluation process for Moons of Darsalon to the obstacles I encountered in trying to compete in a market where public funding seems reserved only for those with connections within the administration.
