WHY I’M RETURNING MY NEW CHANEL CLASSIC FLAP 😔

Hi guys. This one is a downer video.

The brand NEW Chanel classic flap that I purchased right before the recent price increase, has ... *GASP*... a defect!!!! That's right. You'll see what I mean in the video.

Sadly, I will be taking the bag back to the Chanel flagship store where I bought it here in NYC. I don't know if I will ask for a refund or an exchange at this point. I'm conflicted and would love your advice in the comments section below, please~
