Figure Note:
Stop-Motion Transformation of Touch Toys Wutianyushang 2035 Qiangangji Carefray. This came with the best instructions I have ever seen. It shows the before picture with movement arrows AND a separate after picture for every step. You really don’t need this video, but I made one anyway. My sequence differs from the instructions, but the sequence in the instructions is just fine except I don’t think they made good clearance for flipping over the lower leg cover assembly. Very cool jet - it’s a Shenyang FC-31. Reminds me a lot of the US F-35 Lightning II. The materials and build quality on this figure is exceptional. Love how the interior of the cockpit becomes the head of the robot. Please use caution and be patient and use a spudger. Make sure everything is seated properly as you go along. One untabbed post can really add up as you try to stitch the jet back together. I never did figure out how in the world they expect those tabs at the front of the wings to actually tab in properly, but if you get the backpack tabs locked in it holds together fine.

Jet to Robot: 0:09
Robot to Jet: 2:06
Speed run to Robot: 4:03
Speed run to Jet: 4:37
2x Run: 5:12
End credits: 5:47

Production Note: How did I float that gun to transform it? VERY tediously.

Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using your , and . keyboard keys to advance by single frames. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
