Hi everyone! For today's video, we cooked Pinoy dishes using bamboo. Some of these are adobo, pininyahan, paksiw and rice of course. Aside from clay pots, cooking in bamboo is something my ancestors did to survive back in the old days. Food cooked in bamboo has this 'bamboo-ish' aroma that adds flavor to the dish. We enjoyed cooking by this beautiful river. I hope you enjoy watching too!
