In this video, I knit my other highly popular double-sided cardigan for 1 year old on my Instagram page. We start from the hood, the embossed sample model, we start knitting the 1-year-old cardigan from the hood. In this video you will only see how the hood part is knitted. I share the rest, that is the body part that I knit in one piece starting from the collar, in the second video. We start knitting in ninety-five loops. The number of distinctions in the hood is thirty-five-twenty-five-thirty-five. Until the number of loops on the sides is sixteen, we take one loop from the edges and knit only the middle part. While doing this, the number of loops in the middle of twenty-five remains as twenty-five, but the number of loops of thirty-five on the edges decreases. After the number of side loops is sixteen, we take two loops from the center of the edges and make three loops one loop and reduce the number of loops in the middle and make the neck carving. Thus, when the number of loops in the middle decreases from twenty-five to eleven, we take one loop from one middle to the edges and return to knitting shape. Now the middle eleven loops remain fixed and we finish all the loops on the edge. Only eleven loops remain in our bottle. We collect thirty-five loops from the right and thirty-five loops from the left of the 11 loops left in the hood and increase the number of loops in our bottle to eighty-one. now we are ready to knit a cardigan starting from the collar with eighty-one stitches.more in my second video.
