First assisted restand method works best with: Yamcha A, SSJ Goku B, GT B, and Gotenks B. But it should be viable with any assist that is over ~35f of blockstun and under 35f start up. Midscreen mix ups are slightly pushback dependent. The faster the start up, the better the assist. If using a slower assist you have to mix in dash jump j.M to cross up reflect inputs. Technically you can't actually cross up a frame 1 reflect input, but with human error and baiting being a thing it’s risky. This method also works well with 50f C assists since they have 20f start up when the opponent is in hitstun, so they are effectively the same as Yamcha A.

Second assisted restand method works best with: Yamcha A, Bardock A, Jiren B, 16 A, Videl A, Adult Gohan B, Teen Gohan B (not great but technically works), Janemba A, Z broly B, SSJ Goku B, Kid Buu A, Kid buu B (first hit), Krillin A, Kefla B, Tien B, Piccolo B, and Videl B.
