This video was just the process I went through when diagnosing this honda navi. It would crank but never fire. I ended up replacing the carb with an upgrade 19mm nibbi carb which helps with performance while fixing the original no start issue. For the price this upgrade is far cheaper then the Polini carb kit offered by ScooterSwapShop and seems much easier to tune at my elevation at least.
