Back in 2005, when Xbox Live first launched, a group of fun-loving, slightly sleep-deprived adults banded together to play Halo 2 under the banner GeezerGamers — proof that age and reflexes aren’t always directly proportional! Among those virtual teammates was tonight’s guest, a longtime friend I first met in those digital battlefields before we met face-to-face at the very first GeezerGamers Convention in Las Vegas back in 2006.

Fast-forward nearly twenty years, and we’re reconnecting across screens once again — but this time, we’re talking about real-world defense instead of virtual ones.
