Cadence is one of Las Vegas' more affordable master-planned communities. New homes for sale range from the upper $260s to $500s and include everything from townhomes, single story floor plans, and beautiful two story homes.

At the heart of Cadence is Central Park, a 50-acre expanse featuring lush green grass, an amphitheater, playgrounds walking trails, outdoor exercise facilities, outdoor swimming pool, splash pads, a bike-share program, and much more!
