“The first time I took the students to the Science lab, they all had a huge smiles. Their eyes were wide open, observing, looking closely at everything inside the lab. Then the moment I handed each one of them lab coats, the students shrieked with excitement. They performed the practical with pride and dedication. Some students said they felt like a doctor, some nurses, some said scientists, and some said they felt like college students. Although it was only for a certain time, that moment made them feel closer to their dreams.” – Saiba

We hardly meet STEM graduates inside the classroom. But, when they make their presence in the schools/ classrooms as Fellows, they help young minds to dream of becoming Scientists, mathematicians, and engineers and making a difference every day. Saiba, along with 67 other Fellows, are bringing such changes inside the classrooms.

Saiba is a second-year science Fellow currently serving in Shree Secondary School Kalakhola, Dang. After completing her BTech in Food Technology from Shoolini University, India, she joined the Fellowship with a belief in finding larger purpose in life.
