After having some success, she decided to put in more work and her why become bigger: to change her life and help her Mom financially. She quickly rose through the ranks of the company as a leader hitting Regional Vice President and several years later hitting the top position of her company as the first black female Senior Vice President...all while having and raising four children along the way. She and her husband Aaron are the only couple in her companies history that hold two Senior Vice President positions in the same household. She has become a icon and a inspiration in ACN and also In the network marketing industry around the world and hosts a very successful weekly call on Wednesday nights called “Women Winning Wednesdays” to help inspire, motivate and empower women to have success in the home based business industry from all around the world. She has changed her life financially and even being a busy Mom, Wife and Daughter she has accepted a no excuse attitude and has become one of the top producers in the world.
