MS Project For Beginners, Task Relationships, Work Breakdown Structure, Intro to Critical Path Setup

This is Lesson 2, link to Lesson 1 below. In this video series I assume you have no background using MS Project and introduce you to adding and sequencing activities with different variations a simple explanation of the critical path and introduction to Work Breakdown Structure.
