Mariliths of 5e—DEADLY tanar'ri assailants and Blood War commanders (D&D Compendium of Monsters)

A marilith from D&D 5e is an incredibly dangerous tanar’ri that will stop at nothing to fulfill its goals. As master strategists, cunning combatants, and ruthless leaders, mariliths can forcibly inspire lesser demons of all types to follow their lead. This inevitably results in a massive amount of chaos and destruction, but what more could the literal embodiment of chaos want?

One thing I didn’t talk about is the rivalry between mariliths and glabrezu. I’m saving that for the glabrezu video and I wanted to acknowledge I am familiar with the dislike between the two tanar’ri.

This kind of intro isn’t going to be common, but I wanted to try something a little different to see how it plays. I personally like it (biased I know), though I’m not sure it will be a commonly-seen format in the future.
