Probably one of the mods I waited the longest to do, but finally pulled the trigger on the MNNTHBX Monkey Tail Classic, which is the full replacement of the OEM tailight and side marker assembly. It's a unique design that I couldn't really picture on the bike from the website pictures for some reason, but I took the plunge and just went for it to see for myself. From the pictures, I thought the plastic mount was a little too unique for my tastes, but also understood that the fender would have holes for mounting the OEM light that would need covered up, and this was the reason for the plastic housing. At the end of the day, I like how it looks on the bike and it really downsizes the rear fender area, which was what I wanted. The install was pretty easy, with the only tricky part being the wiring and tapping into the harness. I would certainly advise anyone ordering this kit to get the posi-taps as you'll need them.
