When you haven't really started your #Lean / #ContinuousImprovement journey, what would be good places to begin?
It's all about organizing your workplace and improving the processes. To do that, you need to work from standards - goals, work processes and results should be clear, and the same, for everyone. This baseline makes it possible to know when you're underperforming (compared to what you know is possible) and more important, it allows you to improve standards and boost your performance.
In practice, start from either strong KPI management, standardization of the workplace or both (if you have the resources).
